parmesan Aglio E olio spaghetti
Ingredients
• 2 Tbsp. salt
• 1 lb. spaghetti pasta
• 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 8 large garlic cloves, peeled and cut in half
• 1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
• 1 cup Casaro Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil, add 2 tablespoons of salt and the dried spaghetti. Cook pasta according to the directions on the package.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat, add garlic and stir frequently for 1-2 minutes. Add parsley and the drained pasta noodles. Toss to cover all noodles, then add half of the Casaro Parmesan and toss again until coated. Serve immediately, topped with the remaining grated Parmesan.
